Church School

is held Sunday mornings from 9:45 - 10:45 a.m.
Classes offered the spring semester of 2010 include: ConneXions - two classes
specifically for adults 35-60. A RefleXions Group that will study
"Unleashed Influence: Power of Servant Leadership." Leaders of this class are:
Krista Burns, Ric Raines, Zack Taylor, Evelyn King, and Jackie Taylor. The other class is called Next Man Up. The leaders of this class are: John Nelson
and Tod Caldwell. Mini Courses offered this spring for adults of
any age are: Old Testament 101 led by The Rev. Deborah McEachran and
David Branyon; Raising Rock Solid Kids in a Pleasure Driven World
led by JoAnn Stratton Tate on January 10; and then Ken Bates, Kiran Harrill,
Linda Ellis, and Patty Schenk; and Discover the Power within You led by The Rev. Norma Trump.

Presbyterian Women

meet on different days in the 2nd week during months September - May in five Circles. Flexible meeting times and a variety of study and service topics are offered. A Circle is a great place to meet friends, establish support network, and grow in faith. Visit the Presbyterian Women's Page for further details.

Men's Breakfast

is a gathering of men of all ages every Tuesday at 7 am in the Youth Center for fellowship, breakfast, and a preview of the coming Sunday's text. (September 8 - May)

Heritage Group

offers fellowship, study, and great activities exclusively for older adults. Luncheons or outings are scheduled on 3rd Tuesdays of each month. (September 15 - May)

ConneXions

are a fast-growing group of mid-thirties through sixties who gather for Church School Classes, social, and service purposes on Sundays and at other times. See Weekly Calendar and First Pres (our newsletter - simply click on the word newsletter under the word "Welcome" on our home page).

Leadership Opportunities

are available in many areas, including teaching Church School, helping with Children's Church, Wednesday Alive, and Youth Groups, serving on Church Committees, and more.

Volunteer Opportunities

are abundant as FPC is committed to and involved in many local benevolent organizations and international mission projects. See Committees.

Youth

Senior High Fellowship

meets as scheduled on Sunday afternoons, meets for "Huddle" on Wednesdays from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. from (September - May) (includes dinner), and meets at other times for conferences, retreats, and mission trips. This active group shows that youth are a priority for this church. Junior High Fellowship

meets Sunday afternoons as scheduled, on Wednesdays from 5:45 - 6:30 p.m. from (September - May) for WWF ("Wednesdays With Friends" - dinner is provided), and like Sr. Highs meets at other times for conferences, retreats, and mission trips. Church School Classes

for children of all ages are held Sunday mornings at 9:45 a.m. (September- May)

Kidz Alive

is a program of Christian learning designed for children 1st-5th grade. A variety of classes and activities make up this mid-week program. (September - November and January - April).

Boy Scouts

meet at our church on Tuesdays at 7:00 p.m. Call the Church Office for details.

Cub Scouts

meet at our church on Mondays at 7:00 p.m. Call the Church Office for details. (September - May)

Preschool

is an outreach program offered in our Education Building during the week from (September - May). Our Preschool hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon. For more information, please contact our Preschool Director, Mollie Lail, at the Church Office at 322-6343.
